VISION - You need to get clear on what you really want, and often the permission to DREAM BIGGER. The universe isn't on a budget, you don't get a ticket to heaven for being humble and you're not supposed to have just enough. You're supposed to create a life you love, and make an impact in the world in your own way.

Magic often happens quick - clients have started dating their dream man within DAYS, received emails about jobs they wanted, babies have been made... but also everything happens in divine timing - a year from today you could be living in a different country, working part time, training to do work you love, enjoying your dream partner, earning your dream salary - all of these have happened for my clients, so why not you? 🤭

ALIGNMENT - the next step is getting into alignment so that you can receive what you desire. Aligning your mind, body, energy & actions. This is BEING the person who receives it. This stage can will be different for each person, but here are the main steps:

• Mind - aligning your thoughts with what you desire, shifting your mindset from lack or fear to an abundance mindset, reframing any limiting beliefs, believing what you want is possible & trusting in yourself & the universe / god / a higher power

• Body - feeling SAFE to receive what you desire, learning how to regulate your nervous system, connecting with your emotions (and not judging yourself), understanding your cycles (working with your cycles as women is SO powerful) as well as prioritising your physical health as that has a HUGE ripple effect on the rest of your life

• Energy - balance your masculine energy (doing, productivity, action) and feminine energy (resting, receiving, creativity, intuition, being) - because you're not supposed to be burnt out or overdoing!! Listening to your intuition will guide to you places logic never could. Prioritising FUN, following what lights you up, removing what drains your energy

• ALIGNED Actions - taking steps towards where you want to go, improving your habits, stopping / reducing doing the things that don't matter or aren't supporting you, asking for support

HEAL - from whats holding you back or stopping you from receiving. Again this is a stage that is different for everyone and usually involves getting to know ourselves on a deeper level, what our triggers are, why we act certain ways, learning not to judge ourselves, showing ourselves love and learning to feel worthy of what we desire

RECEIVE - being open to RECEIVE what you desire, or something even better, in divine timing babyyyy. TRUST is a key component here and staying committed to your journey, ENJOYING the process and celebrating all the big and small wins!
